Keep Getting Clicks ("Keep Getting Clicks," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our websites or funnel pages, submit a form, schedule a call, purchase a diagnostic or subscription, or otherwise communicate with us.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, business name, website address, city, state, service areas, primary services, business goals, visibility concerns, appointment preferences, and any other information you choose to provide.
Scheduling and transaction information. When you book a call or purchase a service, we may receive appointment details, payment status, transaction amount, subscription status, billing contact details, and related records. Payment-card information is collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not directly store full payment-card numbers.
Communications. We may keep records of emails, call notes, form responses, support requests, proposals, agreements, and other communications with you.
Technical information. When you use our sites or pages, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, approximate location, and interactions with the site. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how visitors use our pages.
Service-related public information. When performing a diagnostic or SEO service, we may review information that is already publicly available, including websites, search results, online directories, reviews, and Google Business Profiles.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
• respond to inquiries and determine whether our services are a fit;
• schedule and conduct fit calls, diagnostic findings calls, and service meetings;
• prepare and deliver Local Visibility Diagnostics and local SEO services;
• process payments, manage subscriptions, and maintain business records;
• send appointment confirmations, reminders, receipts, onboarding messages, service updates, and other requested communications;
• communicate by email or telephone about services you requested or may reasonably be interested in, where permitted by law;
• operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our websites, forms, calendars, CRM, and services;
• detect misuse, fraud, or security incidents;

• comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
3. Email and Telephone Communications
If you submit a form, schedule a call, make a purchase, or otherwise contact us, you authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. You may ask us not to make promotional calls. Opting out of promotional communications does not stop transactional or service-related messages, such as appointment reminders, receipts, or communications needed to provide purchased services.
Our current forms are not intended to enroll you in promotional text-message marketing. If we later offer text messaging, we will provide a separate disclosure and request any consent required before sending promotional automated texts.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request; to protect the rights, safety, or property of our business or others; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business; or with your direction or consent.
We do not rent personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. We do not use information submitted through our lead or client intake forms for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Our sites and service providers may use essential, functional, performance, and analytics cookies or similar technologies. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies.
